The software comes with a complete set of standard PT and OT clinical forms that can be modified or created from scratch through use of our form designer software, making daily tasks easier for your clinic staff. Even without modifying, the standard forms give you quality, presentable documents that will distinguish your clinic from the competition. All documentation is attached to the appropriate case and stored in the database, allowing front office and billing personnel to easily retrieve it if needed.
Forms
Forms include auto fill capabilities when attached to a specific case, and the ability to select answers from a drop down menu or enter via a text box. Flow forward form ability allows data from the original form to be copied forward to the next form and edited. Form storage allows A2C Medical to retrieve data from specific fields and use them in outcome studies and reports.
